Bath-room is separate from the WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps) through room with 1 double bed and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/WC.

Lu-Cy is in the district of de la Vierge Noire, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: grounds 1'500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, 01.04.-30.09.). Outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking, individual garage.

The house is enclosed, with a pin coded gate. To be paid locally: water, according to use ,in excess of the 20m3 per week which is already included in the rental price.
