Very nice country house Il Casolarino, semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo.
Private: grounds 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 27.04.-26.10.). Outside shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking by the house.
