The Ria Appartement consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with a fridge and a living area. A private bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath tub. In good weather conditions, meals can be consumed at the terrace.
A garden with a lawn, barbecue facilities and a sun terrace surrounds Appartement Ria and a ski storage room is at guests’ disposal.
Free private parking is available at the premises and the closest restaurant and a ski bus stop are both 50 metres away. A supermarket can be found 200 metres away. The St. Kathrein Thermal Baths are within 1 km and the Bad Kleinkirchheim Golf Course can be reached within a 5-minute drive.
In summer, this is a good starting point for hiking in the surrounding Nockberge Mountains. Lake Brennsee is 7 km away, while Lake Millstatt can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
In May, June, September and October, the Carinthia Card is included in the rate and ensures several benefits and discounts in the region.
From 7 January to 3 March 2018, a child up to 11 years can get a 6- day ski pass for EUR 1 per day if at least one accompanying adult buys a 6-day ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area.
From 04 March until 18 March 2018 a ski pass is included in the rate, as well as a 50% discount on admission to thermal baths.
