Tea Trees 9 is surrounded by gardens that are dotted with the Noosa Pandanus palms. The gardens are home to native bridges and the occasional koala. A fenced swimming pool sits at one end of the garden.

The 3-bedroom apartment features original art works, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a TV and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the 2nd bathroom features a glass, tiled bathtub as well as double basins and vanities. There is a separate laundry and a lock up double garage.

For your convenience, a starter pack for the kitchen is provided, including dish-washing powder, detergent, dishcloths, tea towels, garbage bags, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, pepper, salt. Soap powder is provided in the laundry and shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided in the bathrooms.
